Harbor and whale-watching cruises depart from the dock directly across from the hotel. Our warm and friendly staff will welcome you into the grand lobby, with its sweeping views of Portsmouth Harbor. The hotel's sunny and spacious guest rooms and suites are a welcome retreat after a day's adventure.

We have secured a special conference rate of $159 USD/night. This rate is valid for reservations made through 5 September 2003 only. CONFERENCE PARTICIPANTS MUST CONTACT THE HOTEL DIRECTLY AND RESERVE THEIR OWN HOTEL ACCOMMODATIONS NO LATER THAN 5 SEPTEMBER 2003 or the group rate and room availability may no longer be available. Early October is Fall foliage time in New England, and hotel rooms will be booked well in advance - an early reservation is highly recommended! Please note that breakfast and lunch is included with the conference. Hotel check-in time is 15:00 and checkout time is 12:00. The hotel will make every effort to accommodate early arrivals and late departures.

Registration Fee
There is a registration fee of $200 USD to cover conference materials, the welcome reception, and some meals during the conference. You are responsible for paying this fee by the first day of the conference (payable by cash, check, or money order. Please complete the online registration form to ensure your participation in this conference as space is limited.

Transportation
The Sheraton Hotel and Conference Center is located in downtown Portsmouth, New Hampshire - 60 miles north of Logan International Airport in Boston (Massachusetts), or 45 miles southeast of the Manchester (NH) Airport. Visa Assistance
Please make arrangements early on if you require a visa for entrance into the United States, as the visa process does take some time to complete. Please let us know if an official letter is required for your visa application, and we will be happy to issue one on your behalf.

Travel Support
Conference participants are requested to provide their own support for travel and accommodations. There may be limited funds available through a travel grant to support certain individuals who would otherwise be unable to attend. These funds are very limited, so an early application is suggested.
